Avarin Phanvichian, known professionally as JibbieRubie, is a Bangkok make-up artist who began in fashion design before switching to make-up full time; her clients include Lisa, Lingling Kwong, Davika “Mai” Hoorne and Kimberley Anne Woltemas.
