Sheng Saw is a Malaysian makeup artist who, according to a 2017 New Straits Times profile, had more than 13 years in the trade, had worked backstage at London Fashion Week and Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week, and had assisted international makeup artists including Val Garland. Malaysia Tatler listed him in 2018 among the artists its society subjects rely on, citing clients including Kavita Sidhu and Deborah Henry, and in 2021 he co-created a fine-jewellery-inspired beauty story for Harper’s Bazaar Malaysia.
