Michael Rider is Celine’s creative director, a role announced in October 2024. Before: Hedi Slimane (2018–2024). Checked 22 October 2026.

Rider, a former Celine design director and most recently at Polo Ralph Lauren, was named on 2 October 2024, the day Hedi Slimane’s exit was announced. He took up the role in 2025, leading all Celine collections, and showed his first in July 2025. LVMH covered his spring/summer 2027 show in October 2026 and, in its 12 October 2026 trading update, credited his collections with a major success.
