## Send a concise pitch

- Name, location, relevant experience and portfolio links.
- Working title and the specific question your story will answer.
- Why this story matters to our readers now.
- Sources and people you can access; separate confirmed access from proposals.
- Proposed format, timing and fee expectations.
- Brand relationships, gifted products, funding or other conflicts.

## Photography proposals

Share a portfolio link first. Identify the copyright owner, available licence, proposed channels, territory, duration, attribution and any restrictions. Include the photographer, subjects, date, location, styling, hair and makeup credits where known. Do not imply a product packshot is evidence of hands-on testing.

## Beauty testing proposals

Record the exact product and variant, market, date obtained, whether purchased or gifted, test period, routine and relevant skin/hair context. Photograph results consistently. Separate personal observations from manufacturer claims. Do not fabricate measurements or describe a cosmetic wear test as proof of medical efficacy.

## Corrections and work credits

Include the page URL, exact correction, dated source link and your connection to the subject. For credits, include the brand/publication, project, role and public supporting source. A submission is reviewed before any record changes.
