Declined listings
If we decline your directory or event listing in review, you receive a full refund automatically.
Cooling-off
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided your listing has not yet been published.
Published listings
Once a listing is live, the service has been delivered; the annual/one-off fee is generally non-refundable except where required by law.
How to request
Email the desk with your order details and we’ll process eligible refunds to your original payment method via Stripe.
