About Kaiser
Kaiser founded The Cast Index to make fashion’s reputation inspectable: who is actually working, which finishes are defining the season, and how recently the evidence landed. He is the named human on every methodology version, every Global 50 row and every Season Beauty Index finish.
He has worked in the live-entertainment industry at arena scale — producing alongside AEG Live at The O2 and Wembley, including preparation of Michael Jackson’s This Is It residency, and cultural productions that put talent, carpets and rooms in the same frame. Fashion week is the same kind of system: a cast, a finish, a house, a room. That production literacy is why this desk treats a walk as a dated booking, not a vibe.
He has also spent two decades building search and content products — from paid search and charity fundraising optimisation to answer-engine-ready publishing. Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, which he founded, owns and operates this site. The Cast Index is the fashion-casting application of that craft: structured, dated, source-linked, and written so a human or a machine can cite it.
The work on these pages is desk-based. Profiles say so. He does not claim to be a house casting director, and the index does not pretend otherwise. Rankings are editorial assessments with cited evidence — not a popularity contest and not for sale.
The editorial approach
Kaiser sets the desk’s answer-first standard. Guides, market desks and methodology pages open with a direct verdict, then the evidence, tables and FAQs that let a casting or beauty desk act on it. The structure is deliberate: a trustworthy read in thirty seconds, and the full reasoning when you have thirty minutes.
The rules he holds the library to are simple to state and hard to keep: name the editor and the date; disclose every commercial relationship beside the recommendation it touches; verify walks, finishes and product facts against primary sources; and correct in public when the desk gets it wrong. Rankings are decided by the editor, never sold. Affiliate money, paid listings, Cast Index Pro and event listings sit behind a hard firewall from the Global 50 and the Rising board.
Imagery follows the same discipline: Wikimedia Commons with attribution; anonymous AI still-lifes for products, wardrobe silhouettes and city atmospheres; initials when no free licence exists. Never AI faces of named people. Never invented ASINs or affiliate tags.
Beyond the desk
Kaiser’s wider work spans philanthropy and cultural production. Over two decades in the charity sector — including as External Collaborator on four Disasters Emergency Committee appeals, and as founder of World Aid Network — he has helped raise more than £174 million for disaster relief, maternal healthcare and children’s welfare. He is a director of World Animal Rescue Network, which funds partner-led rescue across 17 countries.
Those figures, the events archive and the journal live on his personal site. This page is the Cast Index editor record. The biography is the wider story.

The Cast Index × WARN
The Cast Index donates 10% of profits to World Animal Rescue Network (WARN), funding partner-led animal rescue across 17 countries. That includes programmes such as CNVR for street dogs in Karachi — humane catch-neuter-vaccinate-return instead of culling — and work spotlighted when animals are stolen into the meat trade, including a Vietnam police rescue of roughly 400 stolen cats.
The pledge cannot buy, move or soften a ranking. It is separate from any personal donation you make on WARN’s site. Full note: About · Giving.
Ownership
The Cast Index is owned and operated by Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, registered in England & Wales, Company No. 17250017. Kaiser Khan is founder and editor. Confirm the company on Companies House.
