Does paying for a listing affect my ranking?
- No. A directory listing is a separate paid service. The editorial Cast Index rankings are independent, free to be considered, and never for sale. Listing does not buy, influence, or guarantee any ranking or endorsement.
What do I get for the fee?
- A desk-reviewed professional profile with a direct portfolio link, labelled as a paid listing and discoverable in the professional directory for one year (£19/year). It is a listing service, separate from editorial coverage.
Can I appear on People’s Choice?
- People’s Choice is a separate community vote. Buying a professional listing does not add you to its ballot or affect votes or editorial rankings.
Can I get a refund?
- Yes — if your listing is declined in review, you are refunded in full. See our Terms for the full policy.
Which details become public?
- If your listing is approved, your name, discipline, location and portfolio link are used to build the directory profile. Your email is for checkout and desk contact; it is not displayed as a public contact address.
What happens after checkout?
- The editorial desk checks your submitted details before publishing. Review usually takes a few working days. We email you when the page is live, or refund the payment in full if the listing is declined.
