Rhode calls this “the tinted lip layer”: a nourishing gloss with a hint of tint. Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 is the named peptide; shea, babassu and cupuaçu do the emollient work. The brand says the complete collection now uses an improved formula with a lasting smooth texture. That is a manufacturer update, not a side-by-side Cast Index assay of old versus new.
