- Before Pieter Mulier, Dario Vitale was Versace’s chief creative officer from April to December 2025, succeeding Donatella Versace, who had led the house’s creative direction since 1997. Vitale left by mutual agreement days after Prada Group completed its purchase of Versace, and the design team then worked under chief executive Emmanuel Gintzburger until Mulier started on 1 July 2026.
