Which lasts longer, Airbrush Flawless or Double Wear?
- Estée Lauder claims up to 36 hours for Double Wear and Charlotte Tilbury up to 24 hours for Airbrush Flawless. Both are brand claims from their own testing; we have not wear-tested either.
Which is better for oily skin?
- Double Wear carries oil-free and non-comedogenic claims, which the American Academy of Dermatology suggests looking for on oily skin. Airbrush Flawless makes no such claim on its UK page, though it is designed for shine control.
Do I need to re-match my shade?
- Yes, for either. Charlotte Tilbury replaced its shade range with the August 2025 formula, and Estée Lauder advises previous Double Wear users to re-match after the 2026 reformulation.
Does either foundation have SPF?
- Double Wear is labelled SPF 10; Airbrush Flawless has none. Foundation SPF is not a substitute for sunscreen, so wear a dedicated sunscreen underneath either.
