Early life
Ashley Radjarame was born on 18 October 1999 in Rueil-Malmaison, in the Île-de-France region of France, to Tamil parents from Puducherry, India, who emigrated to France; her French citizenship traces to her maternal grandfather’s service in the French military. She has a younger sister and visits India annually.
She was scouted by casting director Mollie Dendle while interning in London, and her first professional assignment was a Prada resort campaign.

Runway debut and early recognition, 2019–2022
Radjarame made her exclusive runway debut at Prada’s Spring/Summer 2020 show in 2019 and walked Louis Vuitton at the Louvre the same season, a placement significant enough to see her named among Vogue’s "Top 15 models" for the season. Cover credits followed quickly: Vogue Ukraine in November 2021 and Vogue Czechoslovakia in June 2022.

A homecoming cover and continued runway work, 2022–2024
In October 2022, Radjarame fronted Vogue India’s 15th-anniversary cover, titled "No Place Like Home" and photographed by Nick Sethi on location in Puducherry — her family’s home region, and by her own account the first time she had knowingly worn pieces by Indian designers. A Ferragamo Spring/Summer campaign followed in 2023, and in March 2024 she walked Louis Vuitton’s Fall/Winter 2024–25 womenswear show at Paris Fashion Week, alongside the house’s Shanghai-shot Pre-Fall 2024 campaign.

Recent record, 2024–2025
Radjarame walked Carven’s Spring/Summer 2025 show at Paris Fashion Week in September 2024, and was featured in Marie Claire France in October 2025. Her runway record also includes Stella McCartney, Lanvin, Jacquemus and Acne Studios, alongside advertising work for H&M, Ferragamo and Zara. She is represented worldwide by IMG Models and has been ranked among Models.com’s "Top 50."
