Relief Sun is Beauty of Joseon’s international sunscreen, labelled SPF50+ PA++++ and built on four modern filters permitted in the UK and EU: Uvinul A Plus, ethylhexyl triazone, Tinosorb M and diethylhexyl butamido triazone. Rice extract — 30% of the formula, according to the brand — sits alongside rice germ extract, niacinamide and a group of ferment extracts.
The brand describes a creamy yet lightweight texture that dries down dewy without a white cast. Those are manufacturer descriptions; The Cast Index has not tested SPF, UVA protection or wear.
