How do I apply to a modelling agency in Thailand?

Super RED, AREA MGMT, Sumon, Joey’s and Vein use online forms that ask for photos, height and measurements. A1 Models takes submissions at its scouting email, and SALSA asks for profiles by email or through its LINE account.

Do Thai modelling agencies charge to join?

Super RED says it has never required money from applicants. We found no Thai rule specific to modelling agency fees. The Employment and Job-Seekers Protection Act limits what licensed job placement agents may charge job seekers and bars charging before the first wage is paid, but it does not mention modelling agencies.

Can under-18s model in Thailand?

The Labour Protection Act bars employers from employing children under 15. Employees under 18 may not work overtime or on holidays, or between 10pm and 6am without written permission, although child performers in film, drama or similar performances may work those hours with adequate rest. Employers must notify a labour inspector within 15 days of a child starting work.

How can I check a scout is genuine?

Super RED asks you to verify anyone claiming to represent it by calling its office. It says it does not interview by Skype, never asks for nude or lingerie photos and does not send anyone to your home.

Can I just walk into a Bangkok agency?

A1 Models states it holds no open castings, Joey’s says it does not take walk-in interviews and asks you to book by phone, and SALSA asks for in-person meetings to be arranged in advance.

Can I apply from outside Thailand?

Joey’s says it welcomes new faces from around the world and will fly in applicants it is interested in. AREA MGMT lists a scouting and casting office in Toronto as well as its Bangkok head office.

Is Elite Model Look open in Thailand?

Thailand appears in Elite Model Look’s country list, which routes to the international entry site. The 2026 terms accept entries until 31 December 2026 from age 14, with written parent or guardian consent for under-18s.
